Our Delegate Experience Philosophy
Dear Prospective Delegates,
Welcome to RichMUN's latest iteration! My name is Jason Chen, and as the USG of Committees, it is my pleasure to introduce the creative direction of the committees this year.
RichMUN as a conference has always strived to exceed your expectations and engineer fun Model UN experiences. This year, the secretariat has worked hard to create a novel set of committees; committees that work together in bizarre yet engaging ways that you have never experienced before. This year's iteration holds seven committees of varying difficulties: the Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), The British Columbia City Planning Committee (BCCP), the National Basketball Association Board of Directors (NBA), the Fictional Joint Crisis Committee (FJCC), and the Historical Crisis Committee (HCC).
As always, a position paper is an excellent way to reinforce your understanding of the topic at hand to yourself and your dais teams. For this reason, it is mandatory to write a position paper to be considered for an award.
