DIGITALEUROPE is a leading trade organization located in Brussels, Belgium, designed to ensure industry participation in European policymaking and political discourse. Composed of 110 member corporations in sectors such as healthcare, media, and consumer and corporate electronics, DIGITALEUROPE represents and advocates for over 45,000 different companies that operate within the guardrails of the European Union. DIGITALEUROPE only comprises companies, but at RichMUN X, this committee has been adapted to simulate all aspects of European corporatism and governmental policy. There are three main types of delegates: States of the European Union, members of the European Commission, and corporate representatives. As a member state, the economic, political, and social aspects of the nation and its citizens must be considered when passing resolutions and forming alliances. For members of the European Commission, the integrity of European citizens has priority over all when drafting policies.
