Guntas Bawa

Guntas, currently a year 1 IBDP student at Abbotsford Senior Secondary School, is honored to serve as one of the Assistant Directors for RichMUN X. After her first ever conference in 2023, Guntas was captivated by the expressive nature of a MUN committee’s debate. From defending PFUDOR with her life as the Delegate of Quackraine in ECOSOC to addressing the rise of militants in DISEC, discussions in MUN are something that cannot be replaced by regular debates! Outside of the world of diplomacy however, Guntas may be found daydreaming of bubble tea or playing jazz tunes on her guitar—her two favorite escapes from the gruelling demands of the IBDP. Guntas hopes to make RichMUN X a memorable iteration filled with fruitful debate for all!
